The entrance to the Skydeck is located on the east side of the building, off of Franklin Street. Starting in October and continued through February, you can visit the Skydeck from 10AM – 8PM daily. Here is a printable guide that outlines everything you need to know for your visit.

Willis Tower (Sears Tower to some) is an icon here in Chicago. Standing at 1,450 feet and 110 stories tall, it is the eight-tallest building in the world and the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
