Deep Dish Pizza

Just about everyone that visits Chicago has heard about our Deep Dish Pizza – we have quite the reputation. Most tourist add this to their must-do list when visiting the Windy City. So where exactly should you go to get the best slice of Chicago Deep Dish? Every Chicagoan seems to have their own favorite version of this coveted dish, so how do you choose when you only a little time in this beautiful city?

Here is a list of our favorite pizza spots to help you narrow down your delicious decision-making:

Lou Malnati’s

Lou Malnati’s serves up more than pizza, but really, why would you want to eat anything else? Lou’s is known for the fresh, homemade ingredients that go into every pizza, as well as their flaky butter crust – a secret family recipe. Two of the most popular selections would be The Malnati Chicago Classic and The “Lou.” Menu Here.

Giordano’s

Named “Chicago’s Best Pizza” by NBC, CBS Chicago, Chicago Tribune and more, this is a must try! The first Giordano’s location opened in 1974 and has been serving Chicagoans ever since! Be sure to check out the Chicago Classic! Menu here.

Pizano’s

Pizano’s is owned by the Malnati family. Rudy Malnati Sr. originally opened Pizzeria Uno in 1943, which is still open today and Rudy Malnati Jr. opened Pizano’s in 1991. Pizano’s will be opening a new location two blocks from the hotel – an addition this neighborhood is greatly looking forward to! Be sure to try Rudy or Mark’s Special when stopping by. Menu here.

Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder

If you are looking for a more unique experience, check out Chicago Pizza & Over Grinder. It is nestled in Lincoln Park in a small building on Clark Street. Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder is known for a completely different type of pizza – Pizza Pot Pie. Our description would not do it justice, so check out their video here. Trust us, it’s worth the wait! Pequod’s Pizza

Last, but certainly not least, we have Pequod’s Pizza. Pequod’s is known for their deep dish pizza with a “caramelized crust.” Build your own Deep Dish – you can’t go wrong! Menu here.
